Quran with English translation - Surah Ar-Ra‘d ayat 18 - الرَّعد - Page - Juz 13
﴿لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَجَابُواْ لِرَبِّهِمُ ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يَسۡتَجِيبُواْ لَهُۥ لَوۡ أَنَّ لَهُم مَّا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا وَمِثۡلَهُۥ مَعَهُۥ لَٱفۡتَدَوۡاْ بِهِۦٓۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ سُوٓءُ ٱلۡحِسَابِ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُمۡ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمِهَادُ ﴾
[الرَّعد: 18]
﴿للذين استجابوا لربهم الحسنى والذين لم يستجيبوا له لو أن لهم ما﴾ [الرَّعد: 18]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al For those who respond to their Lord are all good things, but those who do not respond to Him, even if they had all that is in the heavens and on earth, and that much more, in vain would they offer it for ransom, for them will the reckoning be terrible. Their abode will be hell, what a place of agony |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad For those who answered their Master is the good (reward), while those who did not answer Him, if they had all that is in the earth and the like of it with that, they would have offered it as compensation. They have the bad account, and their housing is hell, and it is a bad resting place |
| Ali Quli Qarai For those who answer [the summons of] their Lord there shall be the best [of rewards]. But those who do not answer Him, even if they possessed all that is on the earth and as much of it besides, they would surely offer it to redeem themselves with it. For such there shall be an adverse reckoning, and their refuge shall be hell, and it is an evil resting place |

| Literal The best/goodness , (is) to those who answered/replied to their Lord, and those who did not answer/reply to Him, if that for them what (is) in the earth/Planet Earth all together , and like it, with it, they would have ransomed/compensated with it, those for them (is) the account`s/calculations` bad/evil , and their shelter/refuge (is) Hell , and how bad (are) the beds |
