Quran with English translation - Surah As-Sajdah ayat 13 - السَّجدة - Page - Juz 21
﴿وَلَوۡ شِئۡنَا لَأٓتَيۡنَا كُلَّ نَفۡسٍ هُدَىٰهَا وَلَٰكِنۡ حَقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ مِنِّي لَأَمۡلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجۡمَعِينَ ﴾
[السَّجدة: 13]
﴿ولو شئنا لآتينا كل نفس هداها ولكن حق القول مني لأملأن جهنم﴾ [السَّجدة: 13]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al If We had so willed, We could certainly have brought every soul its true guidance, but this word from Me will come true, “I will fill hell with jinn and humans all together.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And if We wanted, We would have given everyone its guidance, but the word from Me was proved, that I shall fill hell with the Jinn and the people altogether |
| Ali Quli Qarai Had We wished We would have given every soul its guidance, but My word became due [against the faithless]: ‘Surely I will fill hell with all the [guilty] jinn and humans.’ |
| Ali Unal (That is no more than a vain desire.) If We had so willed, We would have given every soul its guidance (the route to salvation particular to it); but (many choose unbelief, and) the word from Me has proven true that I would most certainly fill Hell with jinn and humankind, all together |
