﴿إِن كَانَتۡ إِلَّا صَيۡحَةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ فَإِذَا هُمۡ خَٰمِدُونَ ﴾
[يسٓ: 29]
﴿إن كانت إلا صيحة واحدة فإذا هم خامدون﴾ [يسٓ: 29]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al It was no more than a single mighty blast, and behold, they were gone |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad It was only a single awesome roar, then they were immediately silenced |
| Ali Quli Qarai It was but a single Cry, and, behold, they were stilled [like burnt ashes] |
| Ali Unal It was but a single blast only, and see! they were extinguished |
| Hamid S Aziz It was naught but a single Shout, and lo! They were still and silenced (extinct) |
| John Medows Rodwell There was but one shout from Gabriel, and lo! they were extinct |
| Literal That (E) (it) was except one loud strong cry/torture raid so then they are still/silent/dead |
