Quran with English translation - Surah Ya-Sin ayat 67 - يسٓ - Page - Juz 23
﴿وَلَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَمَسَخۡنَٰهُمۡ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِهِمۡ فَمَا ٱسۡتَطَٰعُواْ مُضِيّٗا وَلَا يَرۡجِعُونَ ﴾
[يسٓ: 67]
﴿ولو نشاء لمسخناهم على مكانتهم فما استطاعوا مضيا ولا يرجعون﴾ [يسٓ: 67]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And if it had been Our will, We could have transformed them in their places, then they would have been unable to proceed, and they could not have returned |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And if We want, We would immobilize them in their places, then they could not proceed or return |
| Ali Quli Qarai And had We wished We would have deformed them in their place; then they would neither have been able to move ahead nor to return |
| Ali Unal If We had so willed, We could have fixed them in their places (immobilized where they are), unable to go forward or turn back |
| Hamid S Aziz And if We please We would surely transform them in their place, then they would not be able to go on, nor will they return (after error) |
| John Medows Rodwell And, if we pleased, we would surely transform them as they stand, and they would not be able to move onward, or to return |
| Literal And if We will/want We would have transformed them to worse shape/metamorphosed them on their capacity/place/position, so they were not able (of) passing/preceding/completing , and nor they return |
