Quran with English translation - Surah Ash-Shura ayat 33 - الشُّوري - Page - Juz 25
﴿إِن يَشَأۡ يُسۡكِنِ ٱلرِّيحَ فَيَظۡلَلۡنَ رَوَاكِدَ عَلَىٰ ظَهۡرِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٖ شَكُورٍ ﴾
[الشُّوري: 33]
﴿إن يشأ يسكن الريح فيظللن رواكد على ظهره إن في ذلك لآيات﴾ [الشُّوري: 33]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al If it were His will, He could stop the wind. Then they would become motionless on the face of the ocean. Indeed in this are signs for all who patiently persevere and are grateful |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad If He wants He makes the wind stand still, then they would become motionless on its back (sea's surface). Indeed there are signs in that for every patient and thankful (person) |
| Ali Quli Qarai If He wishes He stills the wind, whereat they remain standstill on its surface. There are indeed signs in that for every patient and grateful [servant] |
| Ali Unal If He so wills, He calms the wind and so they lie motionless on its surface. Surely in that are signs for all who are greatly patient and perseverant (in adversity for His sake), and greatly thankful (for His favors) |
