﴿قُلۡ أَتَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَمۡلِكُ لَكُمۡ ضَرّٗا وَلَا نَفۡعٗاۚ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ﴾
[المَائدة: 76]
﴿قل أتعبدون من دون الله ما لا يملك لكم ضرا ولا نفعا﴾ [المَائدة: 76]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Say, “Will you worship besides God something that has power neither to harm nor benefit you? But God, He hears and knows all things.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Say: do you serve something other than God that does not have power of any harm or any benefit for you? And God hears all and knows all |
| Ali Quli Qarai Say, ‘Do you worship, besides Allah, what has no power to bring you any benefit or harm, while Allah—He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing?!’ |
| Ali Unal Say (to them, O Messenger): "Do you worship, apart from God, that which (in and of itself) has no power either to harm or to benefit you – when God is He Who is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing |
| Hamid S Aziz Say, "Will you serve, other than Allah, that which can neither hurt you nor profit you?" Allah it is Who is both Hearer and Knower |
| John Medows Rodwell SAY: Will ye worship, beside God, that which can neither hurt nor help? But God! He only Heareth, Knoweth |
| Literal Say: "Do you worship from other than God what does not own/possess for you harm and nor benefit, and God He is the hearing/listening, the knowledgeable |
