﴿كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ رَهِينَةٌ ﴾
[المُدثر: 38]
﴿كل نفس بما كسبت رهينة﴾ [المُدثر: 38]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Every soul will be held responsible for its deeds |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Every person is bonded by what he did |
| Ali Quli Qarai Every soul is hostage to what it has earned |
| Ali Unal Every person is held in pledge for what he earns (through his deeds) |
| Hamid S Aziz Every soul is held in pledge for its own deeds |
| John Medows Rodwell For its own works lieth every soul in pledge |
| Literal Every/each self with what (it) earned/gained/acquired (is) accountable |
