Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Fajr ayat 23 - الفَجر - Page - Juz 30
﴿وَجِاْيٓءَ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بِجَهَنَّمَۚ يَوۡمَئِذٖ يَتَذَكَّرُ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ وَأَنَّىٰ لَهُ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ ﴾
[الفَجر: 23]
﴿وجيء يومئذ بجهنم يومئذ يتذكر الإنسان وأنى له الذكرى﴾ [الفَجر: 23]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And hell, that day, is brought forth, on that day will the human being remember, but how will that remembrance profit him |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad and on that day hell is brought, on that day the human being takes notice, but what (use) does the notice have for him |
| Ali Quli Qarai the day when hell is brought [near], man will take admonition on that day, but what will that admonition avail him |
| Ali Unal And on that Day Hell is brought (forward); on that Day human will come to understand (what being favored with bounties meant and how he should have responded), but what will that understanding (then) avail him |
| Hamid S Aziz And Hell is brought near on that Day, on that Day shall man remember! But how shall the remembrance profit him |
| John Medows Rodwell And Hell on that day shall be moved up, - Man shall on that day remember himself. But how shall remembrance help him |
| Literal And came (on) that day with Hell ; that day the human/mankind remembers/mentions , and from where (is) for him the remembrance/reminder |
| Mir Anees Original so on that day, hell will be brought near, (and) on that day man will be mindful. But his being mindful (on that day) will be of no use to him |
