﴿قَالُواْ حَرِّقُوهُ وَٱنصُرُوٓاْ ءَالِهَتَكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ فَٰعِلِينَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 68]
﴿قالوا حرقوه وانصروا آلهتكم إن كنتم فاعلين﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 68]
| Shabbir Ahmed The priesthood of the temple (in their vested interests) instigated the masses, "Burn him alive and uphold your gods if you are going to take any action |
