So, on that Day he will not be questioned about his sin, - Surah Ar-Rahman ayat 39 in English

﴿فَيَوۡمَئِذٖ لَّا يُسۡـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٞ وَلَا جَآنّٞ ﴾
[الرَّحمٰن: 39]

So, on that Day he will not be questioned about his sin, (neither) human nor Jinn

﴿فيومئذ لا يسأل عن ذنبه إنس ولا جان﴾ [الرَّحمٰن: 39]
