الرَّحْمَٰنُ (1) Ar-Rahman |
عَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ (2) He has taught the Qur'an |
خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ (3) He created man |
عَلَّمَهُ الْبَيَانَ (4) He taught him Al-Bayan |
الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ (5) The sun and the moon (run) on fixed courses |
وَالنَّجْمُ وَالشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ (6) And the Najm and the trees prostrating |
وَالسَّمَاءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْمِيزَانَ (7) And the heaven He has raised high, and He has set up the balance |
أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا فِي الْمِيزَانِ (8) In order that you may not transgress the balance |
وَأَقِيمُوا الْوَزْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا الْمِيزَانَ (9) And observe the weight with equity and do not make the balance deficient |
وَالْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ (10) And the earth He has put down (laid) for Al-An'am |
فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَالنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ الْأَكْمَامِ (11) Therein are fruits, date palms producing Akmam |
وَالْحَبُّ ذُو الْعَصْفِ وَالرَّيْحَانُ (12) And also corn, with (its) `Asf, and Rayhan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (13) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ مِن صَلْصَالٍ كَالْفَخَّارِ (14) He created man from sounding clay like the clay of pottery |
وَخَلَقَ الْجَانَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ (15) And the Jinn He created from a smokeless flame of fire |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (16) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ الْمَغْرِبَيْنِ (17) The Lord of the two easts and the Lord of the two wests |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (18) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ (19) He has Maraja the two seas meeting together |
بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ (20) Between them is a barrier which none of them can transgress |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (21) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا اللُّؤْلُؤُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ (22) Out of them both come out pearls and Al-Marjan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (23) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
وَلَهُ الْجَوَارِ الْمُنشَآتُ فِي الْبَحْرِ كَالْأَعْلَامِ (24) And His are Al-Jawar Al-Munsha'at, in the seas like A`lam |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (25) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ (26) Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish |
وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ (27) And the Face of your Lord Dhul-Jalal wal-Ikram will remain forever |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (28) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
يَسْأَلُهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ (29) Whosoever is in the heavens and on the earth begs of Him. Every day He is (engaged) in some affair |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (30) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ الثَّقَلَانِ (31) We shall attend to you, O Thaqalan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (32) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَانفُذُوا ۚ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ (33) O assembly of Jinn and men! If you are able to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass beyond (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah) |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (34) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّن نَّارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ (35) There will be sent against you both, Shuwaz of fire and Nuhas, and you will not be able to defend yourselves |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (36) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
فَإِذَا انشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَالدِّهَانِ (37) Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes Wardah like Dihan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (38) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْأَلُ عَن ذَنبِهِ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَانٌّ (39) So, on that Day he will not be questioned about his sin, (neither) human nor Jinn |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (40) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَاهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِي وَالْأَقْدَامِ (41) The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by their foreheads and feet |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (42) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
هَٰذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ (43) This is the Hell which the criminals denied |
يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ آنٍ (44) They will go between it and Hamim An |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (45) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ جَنَّتَانِ (46) But for him who fears the standing before his Lord, there will be two Gardens |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (47) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
ذَوَاتَا أَفْنَانٍ (48) With Afnan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (49) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ (50) In them (both) will be two springs flowing (free) |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (51) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَاكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ (52) In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (53) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍ بَطَائِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ ۚ وَجَنَى الْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍ (54) Reclining upon the couches lined with Istabraq, and the fruits of the two Gardens will be near at hand |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (55) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
فِيهِنَّ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ (56) Wherein both will be Qasirat At-Tarf, whom never deflowered a human before nor Jinn |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (57) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
كَأَنَّهُنَّ الْيَاقُوتُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ (58) They are like Yaqut and Marjan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (59) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
هَلْ جَزَاءُ الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَانُ (60) Is there any reward for good other than good |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (61) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ (62) And below these two, there are two other Gardens |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (63) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
مُدْهَامَّتَانِ (64) Mudhammatan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (65) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ (66) In them (both) will be two springs Naddakhatan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (67) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
فِيهِمَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ (68) In them (both) will be fruits, and date palms and pomegranates |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (69) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَاتٌ حِسَانٌ (70) Therein (Gardens) will be Khayrat Hisan |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (71) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَاتٌ فِي الْخِيَامِ (72) Hur (beautiful, fair females) guarded in pavilions |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (73) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَانٌّ (74) Whom never deflowered a human before nor Jinn |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (75) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِيٍّ حِسَانٍ (76) Reclining on green Rafraf and rich beautiful `Abqariy |
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (77) Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both deny |
تَبَارَكَ اسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِي الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ (78) Blessed be the Name of your Lord, Dhil-Jalali wal-Ikram |
