﴿قَالَ أَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ أَبۡغِيكُمۡ إِلَٰهٗا وَهُوَ فَضَّلَكُمۡ عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 140]
﴿قال أغير الله أبغيكم إلها وهو فضلكم على العالمين﴾ [الأعرَاف: 140]
| Abdel Haleem Why should I seek any god other than God for you, when He has favoured you over all other people?’ |
| Abdul Hye Shall I seek for you a deity other than Allah, while He has exalted you above the worlds |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali He said: "Shall I seek for you a god other than the (true) Allah, when it is Allah Who hath endowed you with gifts above the nations |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi He said: shall I seek for you a god other than Allah, whereas He hath preferred you above the worlds |
| Ahmed Ali Do you want me to seek for you," he said, "a god other than God, when He has exalted you over all the nations of the world |
