﴿وَيَٰٓـَٔادَمُ ٱسۡكُنۡ أَنتَ وَزَوۡجُكَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ فَكُلَا مِنۡ حَيۡثُ شِئۡتُمَا وَلَا تَقۡرَبَا هَٰذِهِ ٱلشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 19]
﴿وياآدم اسكن أنت وزوجك الجنة فكلا من حيث شئتما ولا تقربا هذه﴾ [الأعرَاف: 19]
| Abdel Haleem But you and your wife, Adam, live in the Garden. Both of you eat whatever you like, but do not go near this tree or you will become wrongdoers.’ |
| Abdul Hye (Allah said): “O Adam! Reside with your wife in Paradise, and eat from where you wish, but don’t approach this tree or you both will be of the wrongdoers.” |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali O Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden, and enjoy (its good things) as ye wish: but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression |
