﴿فَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ وَجَٰهِدۡهُم بِهِۦ جِهَادٗا كَبِيرٗا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 52]
﴿فلا تطع الكافرين وجاهدهم به جهادا كبيرا﴾ [الفُرقَان: 52]
| Dr Kamal Omar So obey not the disbelievers but strive hard with them with this (Al-Kitab) — (regarding it as) Jihadan Kabeeran (the greatest and supreme form of Jihad) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar So obey not the ones who are ungrateful and struggle against them thereby with a great struggle |
| Dr Munir Munshey So, do not yield to (the demands of) the unbelievers, and strive against them relentlessly for the sake of this great struggle |
| Edward Henry Palmer So obey not the unbelievers and fight strenuously with them in many a strenuous fight |
