But Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger and so he came within the measure - Surah Al-Muzzammil ayat 16 in Tafsir

﴿فَعَصَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُ أَخۡذٗا وَبِيلٗا ﴾
[المُزمل: 16]

But Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger and so he came within the measure of Our wrath which spoke thunder and We subverted him, ruined him and brought him to nought

﴿فعصى فرعون الرسول فأخذناه أخذا وبيلا﴾ [المُزمل: 16]
