﴿قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّآ أُرۡسِلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمٖ مُّجۡرِمِينَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 58]
﴿قالوا إنا أرسلنا إلى قوم مجرمين﴾ [الحِجر: 58]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people |
| Mohammad Shafi They said, "We have indeed been sent towards a sinning people |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani They said, “We have been sent to a sinful people |
| Muhammad Asad They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed] |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali They said, "Surely we have been sent to a criminal people |
