﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمۡۚ إِنَّ زَلۡزَلَةَ ٱلسَّاعَةِ شَيۡءٌ عَظِيمٞ ﴾
[الحج: 1]
﴿ياأيها الناس اتقوا ربكم إن زلزلة الساعة شيء عظيم﴾ [الحج: 1]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir O people! guard against (the punishment from) your Lord; surely the violence of the hour is a grievous thing |
| Mohammad Shafi O people! Fear your Lord. Indeed, the cataclysm of the Hour is a trmendous thing |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall O mankind! Fear your Lord. Lo! the earthquake of the Hour (of Doom) is a tremendous thing |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani O mankind, fear your Lord. Indeed the quake of the (destined) Hour is something terrible |
| Muhammad Asad O men! Be conscious of your Sustainer: for, verily the violent convulsion of the Last Hour will be an awesome thing |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali O you mankind, be pious to your Lord; surely the earthquake of the Hour is a tremendous thing |
| Muhammad Sarwar People, have fear of your Lord; the quake (of the physical realm) at the Hour of Doom will be terribly violent |
| Muhammad Taqi Usmani O mankind, fear your Lord. Indeed the quake of the (destined) Hour is something terrible |
| Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition O humanity! Fear your Lord, for the ˹violent˺ quaking at the Hour is surely a dreadful thing |
| Mustafa Khattab God Edition O humanity! Fear your Lord, for the ˹violent˺ quaking at the Hour is surely a dreadful thing |
| N J Dawood YOU PEOPLE! Have fear of your Lord. The catastrophe of the Hour shall be terrible indeed |
