﴿۞ وَلَقَدۡ فَتَنَّا قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَجَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولٞ كَرِيمٌ ﴾
[الدُّخان: 17]
﴿ولقد فتنا قبلهم قوم فرعون وجاءهم رسول كريم﴾ [الدُّخان: 17]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And certainly We tried before them the people of Firon, and there came to them a noble apostle |
| Mohammad Shafi And We did put the people of Pharaoh on trial, before them. And there came to them a noble Messenger |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And verily We tried before them Pharaoh's folk, when there came unto them a noble messenger |
