﴿مُّهۡطِعِينَ إِلَى ٱلدَّاعِۖ يَقُولُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ هَٰذَا يَوۡمٌ عَسِرٞ ﴾
[القَمَر: 8]
﴿مهطعين إلى الداع يقول الكافرون هذا يوم عسر﴾ [القَمَر: 8]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Hastening to the inviter. The unbelievers shall say: This is a hard day |
| Mohammad Shafi Hurrying on toward the Summoner, the suppressors of Truth say, "This is a hard day |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Hastening toward the summoner; the disbelievers say: This is a hard day |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani rushing quickly towards the caller. (On that Day) the disbelievers will say, “This is a hard day.” |
| Muhammad Asad running in confusion towards the Summoning Voice; [and] those who [now] deny the truth will exclaim, “Calamitous is this Day!” |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali With their heads protruding, (hurrying) to the Caller. The disbelievers will say, "This is a difficult Day |
| Muhammad Sarwar These disbelievers will say, "This is a hard day |
| Muhammad Taqi Usmani rushing quickly towards the caller. (On that Day) the disbelievers will say, .This is a hard day |
| Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition rushing towards the caller. The disbelievers will cry, “This is a difficult Day!” |
