﴿هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِۖ جَمَعۡنَٰكُمۡ وَٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ ﴾
[المُرسَلات: 38]
﴿هذا يوم الفصل جمعناكم والأولين﴾ [المُرسَلات: 38]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir This is the day of decision: We have gathered you and those of yore |
| Mohammad Shafi This is the Day of Decision. We have brought you and the people living in the world earlier, together |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall This is the Day of Decision, We have brought you and the men of old together |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani (It will be said to them,) “This is the Day of Decision. We have assembled you and the earlier ones together |
| Muhammad Asad that Day of Distinction [between the true and the false, when they will be told]: "We have brought you together with those [sinners] of olden times |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali This is the Day of Verdict: We have gathered you and the earliest (people) |
| Muhammad Sarwar That is the Day of Judgment. We will bring you together with all the ancient peoples |
| Muhammad Taqi Usmani (It will be said to them,) .This is the Day of Decision. We have assembled you and the earlier ones together |
| Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition ˹They will be told by Allah,˺ “This is the Day of ˹Final˺ Decision: We have gathered you along with earlier disbelievers ˹for punishment˺ |

| N J Dawood Such is the Day of Judgement. We will herd you all, together with past generations |
