﴿قَالَ ٱجۡعَلۡنِي عَلَىٰ خَزَآئِنِ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ إِنِّي حَفِيظٌ عَلِيمٞ ﴾
[يُوسُف: 55]
﴿قال اجعلني على خزائن الأرض إني حفيظ عليم﴾ [يُوسُف: 55]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Joseph said, “Appoint me over the treasury of the land. I will indeed guard it as an expert.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad He said: put me in charge of treasures of the land, I am a knowledgeable guardian |
| Ali Quli Qarai He said, ‘Put me in charge of the country’s granaries. I am indeed fastidious [and]well-informed.’ |
| Ali Unal He (Joseph) said: "Place me in charge over the store-houses of the land, for I am a good custodian, a knowledgeable one |
| Hamid S Aziz He said, "Place me over the store-house of the land; verily, I will be an expert custodian. (one who is skilled and knows what is required) |
| John Medows Rodwell He said, "Set me over the granaries of the land, I will be their prudent keeper |
| Literal He said: "Make/put me on the land`s/Earth`s safe`s/storages (treasures), that I am (an) honest protector/guard knowledgeable |
| Mir Anees Original He (Yusuf) said, “Appoint me (as an In charge) over the warehouses of the land, I am certainly a custodian who knows.” |
| Mir Aneesuddin He (Joseph) said, “Appoint me (as an In charge) over the warehouses of the land, I am certainly a custodian who knows.” |
