He will say:"O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind,

﴿قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرۡتَنِيٓ أَعۡمَىٰ وَقَدۡ كُنتُ بَصِيرٗا ﴾

He will say:"O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)

﴿قال رب لم حشرتني أعمى وقد كنت بصيرا﴾ [طه: 125]
