﴿فَقُولَا لَهُۥ قَوۡلٗا لَّيِّنٗا لَّعَلَّهُۥ يَتَذَكَّرُ أَوۡ يَخۡشَىٰ ﴾
[طه: 44]
﴿فقولا له قولا لينا لعله يتذكر أو يخشى﴾ [طه: 44]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “But speak to him gently. Perhaps he may take warning because of his admiration.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Then say to him in gentle words, so that he may take notice or fear |
| Ali Quli Qarai Speak to him in a soft manner; maybe he will take admonition or fear.’ |
| Ali Unal But speak to him with gentle words, so that he might reflect and be mindful or feel some awe (of me, and behave with humility) |
| Hamid S Aziz And speak to him a gentle speech, that per chance (or possibly) he may be mindful or fear |
