﴿وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱهۡتَدَوۡاْ زَادَهُمۡ هُدٗى وَءَاتَىٰهُمۡ تَقۡوَىٰهُمۡ ﴾
[مُحمد: 17]
﴿والذين اهتدوا زادهم هدى وآتاهم تقواهم﴾ [مُحمد: 17]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al But to those who receive guidance, He increases the guidance, and bestows on them piety and restraint |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And those who are guided, He increases their guidance and gives them their self control (against unlawful desires and sins) |
| Ali Quli Qarai As for those who are [rightly] guided, He enhances their guidance and invests them with their Godwariness |
| Ali Unal As for those who have accepted God’s guidance, He strengthens them in guidance (through deeper knowledge and submission), and gives them piety and protection from sinning |
| Hamid S Aziz And as for those who follow the right direction, He increases them in guidance and bestows on them their piety and restraint (against evil) |
| John Medows Rodwell But as to those who have the guidance, He will increase their guidance, and He will teach them what to fear |
| Literal And those who guided, He increased them guidance, and He gave them their fear and obedience of God |
