﴿نَحۡنُ قَدَّرۡنَا بَيۡنَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ ﴾
[الوَاقِعة: 60]
﴿نحن قدرنا بينكم الموت وما نحن بمسبوقين﴾ [الوَاقِعة: 60]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al We have decreed death for you, and We are not to be stopped– |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad We mandated the death among you, and We will not be surpassed |
| Ali Quli Qarai We have ordained death among you, and We are not to be outmaneuvered |
| Ali Unal It is also We Who decree death among you – and We cannot be overcome |
| Hamid S Aziz We have ordained death among you and We are not to be frustrated |
| John Medows Rodwell It is we who have decreed that death should be among you |
| Literal We predestined between you the death/lifelessness, and We are not with being surpassed/preceded |
