﴿قَالُواْ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِمَّآ أَن تُلۡقِيَ وَإِمَّآ أَن نَّكُونَ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُلۡقِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 115]
﴿قالوا ياموسى إما أن تلقي وإما أن نكون نحن الملقين﴾ [الأعرَاف: 115]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al They said, “O Moses, will you throw first, or shall we throw?” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad They said: Moses, do you throw or are we the throwers |
| Ali Quli Qarai They said, ‘O Moses, will you throw [first], or shall we throw?’ |
| Ali Unal They (the sorcerers) said: "Moses! Either you throw first or we will be the first to throw |
| Hamid S Aziz They said, "O Moses! Will you cast down (your rod) or shall we be (first) to throw |
| John Medows Rodwell They said, "O Moses! either cast thou down thy rod first, or we will cast down ours |
| Literal They said: "You Moses, either that you throw/throw away, or we, we be the throwing/throwing away |
| Mir Anees Original They said, "O Musa ! will you throw (show your magic first) or shall we be the first to throw |
| Mir Aneesuddin They said, "O Moses ! will you throw (show your magic first) or shall we be the first to throw |
