﴿إِنَّمَا نُطۡعِمُكُمۡ لِوَجۡهِ ٱللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمۡ جَزَآءٗ وَلَا شُكُورًا ﴾
[الإنسَان: 9]
﴿إنما نطعمكم لوجه الله لا نريد منكم جزاء ولا شكورا﴾ [الإنسَان: 9]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Saying, “We feed you for the sake of God alone. No reward do we desire from you, nor thanks |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad (saying:) we feed you only for God's sake, we don't want any reward or thanks from you |
| Ali Quli Qarai [saying,] ‘We feed you only for the sake of Allah. We desire no reward from you, nor thanks |
| Ali Unal We feed you only for God’s sake; we desire from you neither recompense nor thanks (we desire only the acceptance of God) |
| Hamid S Aziz (Saying) We only feed you for Allah´s sake; we desire from you neither reward nor thanks |
| John Medows Rodwell We feed you for the sake of God: we seek from you neither recompense nor thanks |
| Literal (They say): "Truly we feed you for God`s sake , we do not want from you a reward/reimbursement ,and nor thankfulness/gratefulness |
