﴿أَوۡ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى ٱلۡعَذَابَ لَوۡ أَنَّ لِي كَرَّةٗ فَأَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ ﴾
[الزُّمَر: 58]
﴿أو تقول حين ترى العذاب لو أن لي كرة فأكون من المحسنين﴾ [الزُّمَر: 58]
| Shabbir Ahmed Or lest he should say, when he sees the Requital, "I wish I had a second chance so that I could be among those who do good to others |
| Syed Vickar Ahamed Or when it sees the penalty (in case) it should say: "If only I had another chance, I should really be with those who do good |
| Talal A Itani New Translation Or say, when it sees the penalty, 'If only I had another chance, I would be of the virtuous |
