﴿قَالُواْ رَبَّنَا غَلَبَتۡ عَلَيۡنَا شِقۡوَتُنَا وَكُنَّا قَوۡمٗا ضَآلِّينَ ﴾
[المؤمنُون: 106]
﴿قالوا ربنا غلبت علينا شقوتنا وكنا قوما ضالين﴾ [المؤمنُون: 106]
| Abdel Haleem They will say, ‘Lord, our waywardness overcame us and we went astray |
| Abdul Hye They will say: “Our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became erring people |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali They will say: "our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame, us, and we have been a people erring |
| Ahmed Ali They will say: "O Lord, our misery overwhelmed us, so we remained a people astray |
| Aisha Bewley They will say, ´Our Lord, our miserable destiny overpowered us. We were misguided people |
