﴿ثُمَّ عَفَوۡنَا عَنكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 52]
﴿ثم عفونا عنكم من بعد ذلك لعلكم تشكرون﴾ [البَقَرَة: 52]
| Dr Kamal Omar Then We forgave you thereafter that you may be grateful |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Again, We pardoned you after that, so that perhaps you will give thanks |
| Dr Munir Munshey Yet, We forgave you for that. Perhaps you would be grateful |
| Edward Henry Palmer Yet then we forgave you after that; perhaps ye may be grateful |
| Farook Malik Even then We forgave you, so that you might become grateful |
