All it takes is only one single loud call inciting to action - Surah As-saffat ayat 19 in Tafsir

﴿فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجۡرَةٞ وَٰحِدَةٞ فَإِذَا هُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ ﴾
[الصَّافَات: 19]

All it takes is only one single loud call inciting to action and there they get up and rise from bed and be able to look around

﴿فإنما هي زجرة واحدة فإذا هم ينظرون﴾ [الصَّافَات: 19]
