﴿إِنَّمَا نُطۡعِمُكُمۡ لِوَجۡهِ ٱللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمۡ جَزَآءٗ وَلَا شُكُورًا ﴾
[الإنسَان: 9]
﴿إنما نطعمكم لوجه الله لا نريد منكم جزاء ولا شكورا﴾ [الإنسَان: 9]
| Dr Kamal Omar (saying): “Surely, what (is a fact is that) we feed you for the attention and pleasure of Allah. We do not wish from you anything in exchange as a reward, and nor thanks |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar We feed you only for the Countenance of God. We want no recompense from you nor any thankfulness |
| Dr Munir Munshey (They say), "For the sake of Allah, we feed you. We do not expect anything from you in return, not even thanks |
