﴿نَحۡنُ قَدَّرۡنَا بَيۡنَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ ﴾
[الوَاقِعة: 60]
﴿نحن قدرنا بينكم الموت وما نحن بمسبوقين﴾ [الوَاقِعة: 60]
| Dr Kamal Omar We, We have assessed the time of death amongst you, and We are not those who could be prevented |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar We ordained death among you and We will not be ones who will be outrun |
| Dr Munir Munshey We have decreed death for all of you, and We are not incapable |
| Edward Henry Palmer We have decreed amongst you death; but we are not forestalled |
| Farook Malik It is We Who have ordained death among you and We are not helpless |
