﴿قَالَ يَٰٓإِبۡلِيسُ مَا لَكَ أَلَّا تَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 32]
﴿قال ياإبليس ما لك ألا تكون مع الساجدين﴾ [الحِجر: 32]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir He said: O Iblis! what excuse have you that you are not with those who make obeisance |
| Mohammad Shafi Allah asked, "O Iblees! What excuses have you that you are not with those who prostrated |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall He said: O Iblis! What aileth thee that thou art not among the prostrate |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani He (Allah) said, “O Iblīs, what is the matter with you that you did not join those who prostrated?” |
| Muhammad Asad Said He: "O Iblis! What is thy reason for not being among those who have prostrated themselves |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali Said He, "O Iblis, what about you, that you are not among the prostrate |
| Muhammad Sarwar God asked Iblis, "What made you not join the others in prostration |
| Muhammad Taqi Usmani He (Allah) said, .O Iblis, what is the matter with you that you did not join those who prostrated |
| Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition Allah asked, “O Iblîs! What is the matter with you that you did not join others in prostration?” |
| Mustafa Khattab God Edition God asked, “O Iblîs! What is the matter with you that you did not join others in prostration?” |
| N J Dawood He said: ‘Satan, how is it that you are not with those who prostrated themselves?‘ |
| Safi Kaskas God said, "Iblis! What prevents you from being among those who have prostrated themselves |
