| لَا أُقْسِمُ بِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ (1) Ego juravit Feria Resurrection |
| وَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِالنَّفْسِ اللَّوَّامَةِ (2) Ego juravit blaming anima |
| أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنسَانُ أَلَّن نَّجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُ (3) human est think nos non reconstruct his bones |
| بَلَىٰ قَادِرِينَ عَلَىٰ أَن نُّسَوِّيَ بَنَانَهُ (4) sic indeed; nos est able to reconstruct his finger tip |
| بَلْ يُرِيدُ الْإِنسَانُ لِيَفْجُرَ أَمَامَهُ (5) human est tends believe unus quod he vide eum |
| يَسْأَلُ أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ (6) He doubts Feria Resurrection |
| فَإِذَا بَرِقَ الْبَصَرُ (7) Dodum vision sharpened |
| وَخَسَفَ الْقَمَرُ (8) Ac moon eclipsed |
| وَجُمِعَ الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ (9) sun moon crash 1 alias |
| يَقُولُ الْإِنسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَيْنَ الْمَفَرُّ (10) human est dictus feria est escape |
| كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَ (11) Absolutely ibi non est escape |
| إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْمُسْتَقَرُّ (12) To tuus Dominus on ut feria est ultimus destiny |
| يُنَبَّأُ الْإِنسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ (13) human est est informed on feria de everything he perfecit advance everything he perfecit regress |
| بَلِ الْإِنسَانُ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ بَصِيرَةٌ (14) human est est his suus scabinus |
| وَلَوْ أَلْقَىٰ مَعَاذِيرَهُ (15) non excuses accepted |
| لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِ (16) Non move tuus tongue hasten it |
| إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُ وَقُرْآنَهُ (17) est nos collect it Quran |
| فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآنَهُ (18) Dodum nos recite it vos subsequentis such Quran |
| ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُ (19) Tunc it est nos explain it |
| كَلَّا بَلْ تُحِبُّونَ الْعَاجِلَةَ (20) Indeed vos love hoc fleeting vita |
| وَتَذَرُونَ الْآخِرَةَ (21) dum disregarding Hereafter |
| وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ نَّاضِرَةٌ (22) Some faces on ut feria est happy |
| إِلَىٰ رَبِّهَا نَاظِرَةٌ (23) Looking their Dominus |
| وَوُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ بَاسِرَةٌ (24) Alius faces est ut feria miserable |
| تَظُنُّ أَن يُفْعَلَ بِهَا فَاقِرَةٌ (25) Expecting the malus |
| كَلَّا إِذَا بَلَغَتِ التَّرَاقِيَ (26) Indeed when (anima) reaches throat |
| وَقِيلَ مَنْ ۜ رَاقٍ (27) it ordered Let |
| وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ الْفِرَاقُ (28) He knows it est finis |
| وَالْتَفَّتِ السَّاقُ بِالسَّاقِ (29) Each leg lay motionless alius leg |
| إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْمَسَاقُ (30) To tuus Dominus on feria est the summoning |
| فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ (31) Pro he observed nec charity nor contact prayers (Salat) |
| وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ (32) he disbelieved turned |
| ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ يَتَمَطَّىٰ (33) Cum his familia he acted arrogantly |
| أَوْلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوْلَىٰ (34) Vos deserved hoc |
| ثُمَّ أَوْلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوْلَىٰ (35) Indeed vos deserved hoc |
| أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنسَانُ أَن يُتْرَكَ سُدًى (36) human est think he iit nihil |
| أَلَمْ يَكُ نُطْفَةً مِّن مَّنِيٍّ يُمْنَىٰ (37) he non drop est ejected semen |
| ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ (38) Tunc He created embryo it |
| فَجَعَلَ مِنْهُ الزَّوْجَيْنِ الذَّكَرَ وَالْأُنثَىٰ (39) He factus it vir femina |
| أَلَيْسَ ذَٰلِكَ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَىٰ أَن يُحْيِيَ الْمَوْتَىٰ (40) He est tunc unable revive peritus |
